Cleaning for homes, offices, and the shared space in between.
We work to a written scope — which areas, which tasks, how often. One-off visits or a fixed schedule, priced from the premises you actually have.

How we work
A written scope goes down before a single mop does.
Every job starts with a list you approve: the areas, the tasks, the products, the frequency. The same list the crew works from is the one you check against at the end.
That is the whole method. It is why a two-bedroom flat and a shared stairwell can both be quoted honestly — and why nothing appears on an invoice that was not agreed first.
- One-off or scheduled. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or a single visit.
- Products matched to the surface. Stone, timber, vinyl and carpet are not treated the same way.
- Signed off against the list. What was agreed is what gets checked.

What we clean
Six services, priced by premises and frequency.
The bands below are what a visit costs. Where your figure lands depends on floor area, the task list and how often you want us — all three are agreed before the first visit.

Routine Cleaning
Scheduled upkeep for occupied homes and workplaces: floors, surfaces, washrooms and shared areas on the cycle you set.

Deep Cleaning
The periodic job that reaches what routine cleaning cannot: kitchen and bathroom detail, skirtings, appliance exteriors, the gaps between.

Office & Commercial
Desks, meeting rooms, reception and glass, scheduled around your operating hours rather than straight through them.

Communal Areas
Stairwells, lift cars, entrance halls and bin stores, worked to a building-wide rota rather than an ad-hoc call.

Move In & Move Out
An empty property brought back to a clean baseline for the next occupant: cupboards, wardrobes, floor edges and window tracks.

Floor Care
Carpet and hard floor work including strip-and-polish, with a maintenance rhythm recommended for the surface you have.
Every quote starts with the premises. The price is a consequence, not the starting point.
Two kinds of premises
Homes and commercial premises, side by side.
They are quoted apart because the work differs. Here is where the differences actually sit.

Written down, not promised
What you can hold us to.
Three commitments, each of them checkable on the day rather than promised in a brochure.
A scope you have approved
No work begins until the areas and the task list are agreed in writing. If it is not on the list it is not done — and it is not billed.
The same standard each visit
Every attendance is worked against that same list, so a weekday clean and a weekend clean are measured the same way.
Tell us and we return
If something falls short of the agreed list, say so and we will come back to put it right.
Send us the premises and the task list. We will price it from what you send.
Premises we attend
Where the work happens.

Common questions
Before you ask.
How is the price worked out?
From the premises, the task list and how often you want us. You get the figure before anything is booked, and any addition is agreed before it is carried out.
What do you clean with, and is it safe for my floor?
Products are selected for the material. Sealed and unsealed stone, timber, vinyl and carpet are not treated the same way, so we ask what the surface is before quoting.
Do I need to be there?
Not for scheduled work. On a first visit it usually helps, and access is agreed in advance either way.
Ask for a scoped price
Tell us the premises, roughly how much floor there is and how often you need us. We reply with a figure.
